Overview

The Montana Mindfulness Project  is a resource hub and supporter of like-minded educators and parents. We provide the path and know-how to cultivate mental and emotional intelligence with kindness, so needed in our communities, state, and world.

We offer mindfulness workshops for educators, counselors, support staff and parents. We design custom courses according to your particular organization and demographic, and offer a range from one-hour workshops to full-day retreats. If you work with youth and are interested in developing a mindfulness approach among your colleagues, please contact us to get started!

And in the meantime, check out our Resources page, where you can find recommended books, research and guided practices specifically geared toward educators.
